The Personnel Office of Rivit SpA reports that during the year 2022 the Management decided to provide bonuses for a total of € 1000 each, to all 194 workers, by virtue of the objective economic difficulties that all families had to face visas increases in energy, fuel, etc. unforeseen and unjustified.

These recognitions, in addition to the recent extension of the birth bonus up to August 2028, represent a sign of attention to one’s human capital that is increasingly fundamental for the achievement of company/family/territorial objectives.
